room met all required needs. nice base for trip in shanghai. location, walking distance to all attractions. we liked the fact that we chose la casa.

Free Airport Shuttle
Lack of English speaking staff made it impossible to communicate. Very poor breakfast menu and poor taste of cooked meals; not a buffet and no variety at all. Very Uncomfortable bed and dingy room design. Funny smell on the room floors Poor level of cleanliness Very poor in-room entertainment; no English channels on tv at all. Difficulty in getting the Airport Shuttle to pick us up at the Airport; had to look for Chinese speaking individuals at the Airport to help us communicate with the hotel staff
